How to secure your cashflow with Guaranteed Rent
Our world-class Property Management team are responsible for securing you the best tenants, the best rent, and the lowest vacancy, so we should cover the cost if we don’t.
How it works
- First, we establish the weekly market rent for the property using accurate comparable data.
- We deduct the usual turnover costs, such as letting fees, vacancy, advertising, landlord insurance, and standard management fees, leaving you with the same amount you would usually profit annually.
- Your first payment is disbursed to you in 10 business days from handing over the keys to us (T&Cs apply), and then the fixed monthly amount on the same day, every month, no matter what.
