Making Sure an Online Will is Right for You

To ensure that an Online Will is appropriate for your circumstances, we have prepared the following questions for your consideration and response.

If your circumstances are complex, it means that you are best suited by completing an Estate Planning Fact Find which will be reviewed by Australian Executor Trustees (AET), who can determine how best to cater for your situation.

Please answer the following questions, to determine your eligibility to order an Online Will.

If you answer:
‘Yes’ to any of questions 1 - 6, your circumstances will not meet the requirements of the Online Will and you will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary quote for a customised Will, by Australian Executor Trustees by first completing an Estate Planning Fact Find.
