Making Sure an Online Will is Right for You

To ensure that an online will is appropriate for your circumstances, we have prepared the following questions for your consideration and response.

If your circumstances are complex, it may mean that you will be best suited to complete an Estate Planning Fact Find, which will be reviewed by Australian Executor Trustees (AET), who can determine how best to cater for your situation.

If you answer:
"Yes" to any of questions 1 - 5, your circumstances will not meet the requirements of the online will. You will then have the opportunity to receive a complimentary quote for a customised will by AET. The first step in that process is for you to complete an Estate Planning Fact Find.

Additional Information to consider:

If you have a self-managed super fund, you can proceed to order your LawOnline will. You simply need to describe the interest in the super fund that you wish to leave and the beneficiary or beneficiaries to whom you wish to leave it in the LawOnline form. Please note, however, that you should also separately prepare documentation to direct your super fund death benefits, upon your death, to the relevant beneficiaries.
